Can I buy an older version of Logic Pro X?

I own a 2012 MacBook Pro with OS X version 10.9.5 and upon trying to buy Logic Pro X, I found out that I need at least OS X version 10.11 or later. I have tried running software updates, but that didn't help me. Is there nothing I can do? I don't want to buy a new computer.
