Can I downgrade watchOS beta 4 to 3.2.3?

I accidentally downloaded watchOS beta 4 from an iPhone 6S (iOS beta 11) and now it doesn't work with my iPhone 5. Is there any way I can downgrade from beta 4 to watchOS 3.2.3? (Preferably without going to any Apple stores.)
