Billing problem

theres a problem, i bought some things in my phone for game, but then the phone did not let me download  more apps, i went to the bank and to the billing to see how much i need to pay, but i just pay the things that i bought at the bank and it keeps saying the same thing, i have put in my card more than 200 dollars and the billing keeps saying that, when i want to remove the card it DOES NOT appear the space saying none, it says visa mastercard etc.. so i really dont know what to do plz help!!!!!!!
