One song not showing up

Hi! So today I bought the album "The Peace And The Panic" by Neck Deep, and tracks 1-8 and track 10 downloaded but for track nine I got an alert saying "This item is no longer available.", and it still showed the price of the single song by itself while the other tracks had the "Play" option. I kept trying to but it, about five times. Finally it worked, but it does not show up in my music library and it does not have the "Play" option, it just says "DOWNLOADED". I've checked to see if somehow it's been hidden, but it hasn't. The track is not showing up on my phone or in my itunes whatsoever. Help?
