No os4 update

I'm trying to update my watch to os4, but my watch app continually says it's up to date at 3.2.3 and there are no updates available... I'm on the east coast, why hasn't it shown up yet?

Software update release times can vary, but they have historically tended to be at around 10am Pacific Time in the US.

Keep in mind that your iPhone will first need to be updated to iOS 11 (start by backing up your iPhone):

• Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
• Update the software on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Because Apple hasn’t actually released it yet. Wait 4 to 18 hours.
