using mac pro as a hard drive

Can I book up my iMac and then treat my old Mac Pro Tower as a hard drive. I need to resurrect an old project. Heart in Huston:(

If your iMac doesn't have FireWire port and have thunderbolt port, you need to get thunderbolt to FireWire adapter which is available at Apple Store.
