I want to cancel an ap that I am being billed for - I do not want it and I want to remove - only used a few times in January - I don't even know how to get to it - its CBS all access. I'm not looking for a refund just want to quit paying for it

I don't have any apple products, so I can't go into iTunes to cancel it! Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can use iTunes on a Windows computer as well. Or. you can contact Apple Support using the link at the top right of every page of these forums.

I totally agree !!!  I have been trying to cancel 2 subscriptions to things and it seems like it's impossible. Once they get you signed up and start taking the money, they won't let you cancel. I don't use these subscriptions anymore and losing money for them is really ticking me off.  I might as well burn my money.  Apple isn't doing what they say they will. It's just a little, no make that a lot disheartening when such a Huge Company thinks it's alright to jerk ppl around.

A link with instructions on how to cancel an iTunes auto-renewing subscription is in the first reply on this thread. Have you read it ?

Yes, I have read it. It is recursive and does not help. There is no list of subscriptions. Must use the phone to sort out the problem or ask my credit card company to cancel.

I think perhaps you may be using "recursive" in a nonstandard way. I don't understand that sentence in this context.

The instructions clearly tell you how to access your subscriptions. If you follow the instructions and you don't see any subscriptions, then you don't have any. What makes you think you do? Are you getting emails that purport to be from Apple? There are a lot of scams floating around where people get emails telling them they're subscribed to something they're not. Check your credit card to see if you were actually billed for those things.

How is it 'recursive', it's a just a  page with simple instructions. If you aren't seeing the Subscriptions section on the account you are sure that the subscription is being paid via that iTunes account, the subscription payments show in its purchase history ? If it is on that  iTunes account's purchase history contact iTunes Support (contacting your card issuer to stop an iTunes account's payments will mean that as far as iTunes is concerned you will owe them for it, and may result in the account being permanently locked).
