FileVault not working, Welcome Screen after eve...

Every morning when I try to boot the Macbook Pro and FileVault is activated I get this screen:

I can't do much here.

I can restart the computer after clicking through the menus here and after the restart this is gone, the login screen appears.

Q: why is that? How can I find out what's causing this strange "new install behaviour"??

In the meantime I deactivated FileVault. And voila: every morning the machine boots up in no time, shows me the login screen and I can work with it.

FileVault isn't usable for me. Any recommendations?
