How do I browse a MacPro System Preferences panel using only a keyboard?

I do not think there is a way to do that. What is it you wish to do?

Barry, many thanks for your quick reply. I'm trying to pair a wireless mouse but have no other means that my keyboard. Any tips?

My wireless mouse died. I got a new replacement and I was wondering how I was going to do that. To my surprise when I got the new one home and turned it on close to my Mac, they synced right up no problem. I didn't have to do any messing around in System Preferences at all to get them to sync. Of course it came up totally default everything so later I had to go into System Preferences to get it working the way I wanted.
