No sound at all?

I've got this 13inch MacBook Air form 2013

like a month ago Ive lost all sound to my Mac. Worked fine until one day it just cut off.

I dont see any audio devise both on input and output! even when I plugged in my apple earbuds it dint even make a sound.

ive reinstalled my OS
Ive reseted my pc to factory reset.

nothing seems to work, anybody had the same issue and where able to fix it?

any help would be appreciated!
