changing id region with id having credit

I changed my account location form Pakistan to Germany so that i could redeem a  gift card. I want to change back to my country but i cannot as i have some balance left is there any way i could transfer that balance or change with that amount remaining in my account ? I dont care much about balance and cant even spend it all as its a very minor amount for which its not letting me change

Buy an item more expensive than it and use a credit card to pay the excess amount, or ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
