Hi I have iTunes problem purchasing

Hi on Saturday I buy 3 packs 99$ each and even go to my account not get 2 packs hubs only one and I send mails to you all 6 times but no serious help and I can't continue like that this year I buy 120 times packs iam big buyer and get not care from you I should be VIP here iam not lie coz if you check I buy after my problem purchasing another 4 packs 99$ I want help to refund my packs I lose I told mobile strike but told me iTunes problem send to refund your packs and till now I don't get anything only nit care yes iam mad about that need serious care I want senior support or technical to finish my problem I ask about that not nice and can't continue through app account buy if not help me go to my account and see how iam crazy buyer but not trust account if not get help plz I ask for my real money back to my account soon or I have to leave my apple account anymore

Hi again I know I get my packs I ask about in my mail pill I know but not get gifts and hubs bro in my account I check with support mobile strike and technical check my account I send you much mails about that no answer iam seriously mad and narvise why coz iam buyer person crazy and told me technical support should send you its iTunes support problem and refund your packs not say all my packs I say 2 packs only and the third I get hub and gifts yes watch my account today buy bogo and 1 big 99$ 4 packs yesterday I buy 4 packs 99$ but don't let me feel iam not happy coz not believe me your team but I Ghuess google account and others care more if see me how much I spend any way it's up to you to help me or not iam mad coz ask much much about. That no answer bye thanks too

Iam really sorry coz I send mail not polite but actually my problem I get your packs to my mail pills I buy but technically nit get my hubs and gifts inside to my account that what's happening to me I not win challenge or get 99 points gifts after I finish all it's inside packs only and not what inside packs I get no I only do buy and get pill to my mail but to my account base nothing that why iam upset coz it's happening long time and you help me to refund my packs actually I buy everyday 400$ and more not look at 99$ but coz I feel it's my real money I spend so I should fight to get them back coz it's real money my money I really work hard to get them not to go for nothing it's my point hope you understand what I mean only ask about refund what I miss and I spend money to buy it thanks a lot and hope you can help me as support strike told me and I know how much you good with persons like my account buyer thanks a have a good day
