apple id disabled

my apple id is disabled, I have changed the password but no different

How, exactly, were you advised that your Apple ID was disabled?   Was it by pop up?

Please see If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support if everything within the articles fails then contact Apple Support.

yes when I try to update it pops up, I have changed password

If it still pop-ups when updating apps in the App Store then contact Apple Support.
