Logic X how to change audio sample rate to 96kz...

Hello I am scoring a TV episode and they require all stems to be recorded with a sample rate or either 96kz or 192khz for TV show. How do i change the rate in Logic X to 96kz

Also how do get the LCD display to always show sample rate setting?

Is there a way to build in Logic Pro Template that always displays sample rate?

I got nervous because studio only allows recording rates at that rate.
