TV App on iPad Not Refreshing Album Art Changes

I have an iTunes library on my Mac mini and my iPad connects to that library via Home Sharing to be able to access TV Shows stored on the Mac mini. As I edit the video file tag data, mainly the album art, the changes do not carry over to the iPad. Here is what I have tried...

1. Removing TV Show files from the library and re-adding them back.

2. Renaming the library in iTunes on my Mac mini.

3. Logging out and logging back into Home Sharing on iPad.

4. Rebooting the iPad device and TV app numerous times.

5. Both iPad and Mac mini running latest respective operating systems.

Despite above actions, nothing works. The TV app firmly sticks with the original album art data that was used when TV app connected to Mac mini via Home Sharing for the very first time.
