Reminders missing On iPad mini 4

I have an iPad mini 4. I upgraded the iOS to v11 on 09/19/2017. I noticed that my Reminders are missing. In Settings I do see Reminders on the left margin. I also noticed that my my email accounts aren't showing in Settings. I can still access them via the Mail app. I have shut down the iPad and turned it back on. There was no change.  I backedup the iPad on my Mac before upgrading. I don't know how to roll back to iOS 10.3, if that is an option. Any suggestions?

If in fact for some reason it disappeared when installing iOS 11 just go to the App Store, it a free download there.
