song titles are long numbers

After I resynced my new iPhone 8 plus I'm noticing a number of my songs are long numbers, some negative, and I was wondering if there was a more efficient way to fix it instead of having to re download every individual song, or resyncing it from my computer. I know you can rename songs in iTunes on a mac or a desktop but I don't think the titles are numbers on either of those devices. Is there a way to rename songs directly from the iPhone.
