Couple questions ......

I’m not sure how iCloud works exactly, I can’t go on on my computer because someone has hacked it unfortunately and they are signed in on my iCloud through my wifi. Now my question is, how come I can’t sign into iCloud and check for devices signed in, look at my pictures, notes exectra... it only gives me the option about my Apple Pay bag and to change my information. Devices do show up that are signed in but it doesn’t give me the option to sign them out. I’ve tried on my iPhone and my iPad and the computer seems to be the only option that allows me but I don’t want to do that. My second question is how can I stop syncing my iCloud, pictures notes data and everything else to approved devices ? Is there an option where I can just keep my information on my own personal phone? Could someone send me an email and explain to me how to figure this out please !! Thank you!! Samantha.
