Error Log after deleting re

Hi all. I have read a discussion about the iphone auto re-start problems and followed their advice to update to the latest iTunes because my iphone keeps on auto restarting no matter what happens.

My iPhone is a 5c model with iOS 10.3.3.

I am on a Windows 7 Ultimate laptop and I have tried to update to the latest iTunes but wasn't able to do so.

Therefore, I had decided to un-install and re-install iTunes again.

However, this error message keeps popping up no matter how many times I have repeated the un-installation, re-installation and also, after so many computer restarts as well.

I have gone through many discussions but could not find the solution to my problems.

Can anyone so kindly help me out with my 2 problems?

Just An update, i have factory reset my iphone when it suddenly stop restarting for awhile but it continues to restart by itself.
