iCloud not connecting.

my contacts and emails mysteriously disappeared from my iphone 5c. so i upgraded to the 7 thinking it was a lack of space. however, now my iphone 7 wont add any of my emails or the icloud. all my passwords are taken, but dont connect & there's no error message. 

Can you sign in in Settings/Your Name/iCloud?

 

Try a forced restart.
