Logic Pro not working in High Sierra OS

I'm in Canada with a MacBook Pro updated with High Sierra OS X 10.13.1 (Big mistake??).  Now Logic Pro won't work.  When I try to launch it, I get message ["In order to use “Logic Pro.app”, you need to update to the latest version."  The version of Logic Pro installed on the Mac is not compatible wityou and I can't get it in the Canadian Aph macOS High Sierra. Download the latest version from the App Store.]  When I click Search App Store, I get [ Item Not Available.  The item you've requested is not currently available in the Canadian Store].  I can't go to US App store w/o a US address and matching credit card.  I've paid for Logic Pro once, but it seems like I cannot get the latest version without paying again.  Any suggestions?



Sounds like a bug in the App Store.

Zip your Logic Pro X application as a back-up then delete the original.

Log in to the app store again and see if you can download Logic Pro X from the purchased tab.
