So my job ipad is the 1 messed up. I cant reset...

Updated to 11.0.3. Now browser wont come up on ipad. It is a work ipad so cant reset to factory settings. What should i do

Take it into your work IT folks and get them to reset it and make sure all the company stuff goes back on it.

The hq is in texas. We in Illinois. These are used daily for hours. Need a quicker fix

Do you have any people in your work site that manages you computers and tablets? I can’t imagine any company that would not have some type of assistance.

If it is centrally managed and you don’t have control, I don’t know what you expect anyone to offer?  You will need someone with admin deployment access to deal with it. Surely the HQ thought of how to manage remote deployed devices when they chose them as one of their work platforms?  Do you not have an IT help desk or ticket submission system?  Someone to call to remote manage that device?

Bottom line is if it’s under a deployment managed system, you need someone with admin rights to deal with it for you.
