wifi problems with 11.0.3

I just updated my iPad mini to 11.0.3 and now I cannot connect to WiFi or tether it to my phone. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes.  I updated ipad Pro, 6s and 7.  Now they all lose WiFi.  To get my iPad to receive messages I have to use my phone as a hotspot.  This fixes the problems for a few hours. 

I tried using my iPhone as a hotspot, but that doesn’t work either. I’m hoping they roll out a fix soon - this is maddening and I’m leaving on an international trip in the morning with a useless iPad.
