Time to update my music

Hi. Some years ago I used itunes library to put my discs on two ipods (different music on each) (ipod touch and a Classic). Since then I have changed computers and emails. Now I want to put my recently purchased disc onto the same two ipods. Where do I start even? My current email is pedroec1@yahoo.es. Thanks (I am s dummy by the way). Ciao
