MacBook Early 2015 12" Keyboard Stopped Working

The in-built keyboard has stopped working, the trackpad is working fine however the keyboard does not work and or anything lit up when caps lock button pressed, however if I use the guest account then use the on-screen keyboard and click on the caps lock on there the LED light on the physical caps lock key does lit up

Any help would be much appreciated
