Virus attack on iPad

Hi

i got a message on my ipad while I was browsing on safari that my appple devices are at threat and asked me to install norton WiFi vpn. I panicked and did that and later realized it might be a scam. I have deleted my browser history and website data, uninstalled and unsubscribed norton . I have also reset all settings on all of my Apple devices and changed the Apple ID password. My devices are safe or do I need to do anything more ?
