Trouble with Apple Pencil

It seems like a lot of people are having trouble with Apple Pencil response in iOS 11.  Mine seems to be fine.  I am wondering if the problems might be caused by apps that have not updated yet.  Any thoughts ?

If an app wasn’t updated it would not run under iOS 11 to begin with. And you cannot tell how many people have issues from forum or internet posts. That is an inherently biased sample since only those with issues post, and even then, not all.  Those without issues are completely unsampled and unknown.

My Pencil works fine on my 12.9” iPad Pro with iOS 11.0.3
