iTunse took my mony !!!

iTunse took my mony allredy secnd time !! looks like i have some describe,but i check in settings there is all clear.Also my credit card is not attached to the phone.So how it possible to take mony from the card ? what is the trick is this ? How you now my card nomber ? and Pleaze return all my mony to my account !!!! thanks in advance..
