I Made A Payment October 3 I Didn’t Realize I Had Purchased It Till An Email Came Up On My Phone. I Made A Mistake And Order Pokémon Go Coins, I Just Want To Find Out How Do I Get My Money Back On My Credit Card.

Technically as per the terms of service of the iTunes and App Stores all sales are considered final.

 

However, you can go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and raise an issue with the purchase and request a refund as well. Note that Apple is under no obligation to grant you one, but you can try.
