Fully disabling iOS Dock Flags/Notifications
I frequently present from my iPad Pro, and so have all notifications turned off. However, in this last update, the dock frequently shows app notifications. For example, even when I haven't launched Facebook, I'll get the FB app icon in the Recent Apps section, along with a little clock flag.
I've checked everything I can to disable both recent apps and notifications, but this just won't go away.
What is the clock flag for, and how do I prevent ALL notifications and recent apps? For that matter, is there a way to completely hide the dock? I just want it gone when I'm not using it directly.
