2 different worlds

I have iPad 4 and IPhone 6. One Apple ID. Phone upgrades to IOS 11.2. iPad still at 8.3..3. App Store sending unworkable updates to IPad which pretty much makes it useless; meaning most apps no longer work on Ipad
