blinking question mark

the blinking question mark issue, keeps happening for me lately.

It gets sorted with the recovery mode boot and then using disk utility to repair disk,

but then it again happens in a couple of days or so.

I did the diagnostic run too, it said 'no issues found. Reference: ADP000'

I am on a late 2015 macbook pro with OS 10.12.6

Am worried about it being a major problem or something in the background or hardware.

Any advice? or on how i could check this?
