Why did a new/duplicate playlist just show up o...

I just noticed a new "duplicate" playlist on my iPhone (6s).

Actually, that makes 2 (apparently) duplicate playlists.

The original playlist: Rock

A second playlist: Rock 1

A third playlist: Rock 11

These are about the same size.

Is there a connection to new OS installations?
