Apple Music Subsciption blocking my card

I had the free Apple Music subscription and now when I am trying to change my credit card to a new one, it doesn’t let me because of it, I have cancelled the subscription and it says it will be available till the 26th of December, but I am still unable to change my credit card. Is there anyway to change it ?

Try adding the new card first, making it the primary payment method, only then deleting the old card.
