Software Update not working?!

I was super excited to install my newest software update: 11.0.3 so I downloaded it. I waited for a few days but there was no progress with downloading it. I looked at the bar that tells you how much time remaining but it still says "Estimating time remaining...". The next day I found it wasn't downloading. So I pressed install but again, I had to wait for it to download. It still hasn't downloaded yet. And today, when I checked, it said,

"iOS 11.2.1

Your Software is up to date"

I really don't know why it's not downloading, why it says the software update is up to date and why it says iOS 11.2.1(its supposed to be 11.0.3).

Please help.

I am quite certain such a version of iOS is not even in beta yet, not to mention it is not released.

 

Are you certain this is what you're seeing?  It's hard to believe ...
