Problem to reinstall OS

Hi,

I've some difficult to reinstall my OS.

I'm working with a Macbook pro 15" retina. I need to restore my MAC with a new installation.
I restarted my MAC in command+R mode, I went i Disk Utility and then I restored the partition's system. But now I cann't do nothing.

If I go in "reinstall macOS" then I select the partition receive the follow message: "access denied".

If i go in Disk Utility, I see my harddisk:

APPLE SSD SM0256G Media and only a partition OS X Base System (Logical Volume Mac OS Extended), but I can not do nothing.

How I can reinstall my OS?
