Please help reinstall

My LCD screen mysteriously got cracks. Was using tv as monitor. All was good till I downloaded microsft office. My college requires MS. I was having so many issues I erased the discs followed directions on one of these discussions. When attempt to reinstall Sierra, where it asks what disk to put it on there are no choices. Please help. I can't get anything on external screen either. When I try command + r nothing happens. I have 2015 MacBook Air. That I purchased a month ago from Best buy

Call Best Buy  for support if your hd/SDD is not recognized.

You can try internet recover— command option R
