[macOS Sierra] Dock icons are broken

Hello!

Upon launching applications Dock icons become broken.

Not a 100% reproduce rate, but some applications always have wrong icons, e.g. System Preferences.

How do I fix this?

You can try removing Dock plist file.

Click on Go at the menu bar and paste this path:

~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist and move this file to your desktop.

Then quit Dock process from Activity Monitor and test.

Unfortunately, I've tried this method. Worked fine for the first time, but after some period of time icons are broken again.

Also this method completely destroys my Dock configuration which I would like to avoid.

I'm also experiencing this issue. The same fix, and after moments the issue reappears.
