Apple Watch wont turn on and screen detached fr...

Im apple watch series 2 user and here is the story.

My watch wont turn on even the watch is fully charged. I experienced this incident yesterday, my watch is out of battery and i try to charge the watch from 11 pm - 5 am. When i want to go to work, i wore my watch and it wont turn on. I just think maybe the charging plug is not correct placed. Well i really looking for solutions on google, i found some suggest like force restart and turning off voice over but its still wont work and my watch still at the black screen.

Still at the same day, I came back at home at 10 pm and start to charge again my watch at 11.30 pm. I slept and woke up at 6 am and found my watch became like this.

Its really really terrible story from my experience using apple device.

I have 3-4 watches in my collection, so i'am not using apple watch as my primary watch. I used to wear apple watch when I'am doing some exercise, regularly running. By the way i recently update my watchOS to watchOS 4 just like i update my iOS on my iphone.

What should i do by this moment? Is it a software failure or hardware failure?

By the way, I purchased my apple watch series 2 in February 2017.
