i need to cancel order i did not make

Someone made an order on my account  I want it cancelled

Where are you seeing this order ? On your iTunes account's purchase history ? Credit card statement ? Email / phishing email ?

If it shows on your iTunes account's purchase history, and if nobody else has access to your account and did it, contact iTunes Support if you haven't already done so : https://support.apple.com/contact . If it's a phishing email that you've received you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com
