Anyone else have the whole display piece come off?

I was at the grocery today and I look at my watch for the time and noticed the display area separated from the rest of the watch. It is so weird.its like sealant or adhesive they used at the factory broke down and let go. I have pictures... so disappointing and not sure if I want to buy a new one if the quality is this bad.
