In the Music / Library screen, I can no longer ...

In 12.7 for Windows:  In the Music / Library / Songs display, I can no longer move the boundary between the upper Genres / Composers list and the Songs list below it.  Only a tiny slice of the former shows--it's dominated by Songs. In 12.6, I could do the usual Windows thing of grabbing the boundary between the two panels and moving it up or down.
