podcast library does show up since last itunes ...

Since the last update for ITunes for Windows, I cannot see my podcast library. Everything else works fine (downloading podcasts and loading them onto my ipod), but I cannot manage my library at all. All I see is this:

I've clicked everything I can possibly think of and nothing works. Any ideas?
