How do I Agree with the Terms and Conditions in...

The Terms and Conditions page has all the documents which I sent to my email and read on the new iPad. However, I have NO way to Agree or Disagree or Accept the terms. I'm at a dead-end.

What's the problem?

There is no “agree” button anywhere.

The button to agree finally appeared after a long delay - didn't measure the time, but it was quite a few minutes.

Does anyone really believe that a user will download the documents and take 10 minutes to read them before agreeing to the terms?

I expect that delay was just a glitch.

I can't accept the T&C either, and no idea if I'm looking at the right ones.  Scrolling to the bottom doesn't allow me to 'accept', nor has any button appeared and it's been hours.  Really angry at this point.

Mine is still doing it. Did you have any luck? Please.

I got mine working in a circuitous way. I couldn't accept the T&C when it was prompting me to accept (without linking me to T&C). However, elsewhere in my account I found a link to my previously purchased software, and when I clicked on it, it promoted me to accept new T&C (without displaying them).

If I get a chance tomorrow (it's 12.30am here) I'll see  if I can recreate the menu options that led me to it working - may not be relevant to you unless you are using similar OS, etc.
