How do I replace a corrupted movie file?

I downloaded a movie from iTunes but it keeps pausing like it's downloading. It's already downloaded, so shouldn't require buffering, also we have fast internet and none of our other movies do this. The file must be corrupted. I've tried deleting it and downloading it again but the same issue happens. What can I do?

Redownload music, movies, TV shows, apps, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store - Apple Support

If the newly downloaded copy is also defective, there may be a problem in the store master.  Contact Customer Service for a refund or replacement, either by this link: Contact - Official Apple Support or by clicking the "Report A Problem" link in your Purchase History.
