Password problems with Apple Mail

I keep getting this no connection message in Apple Mail but I am connected OK with the same Password on the main BT/Yahoo site. I am trying to save a long e-mail and to avoid retyping. I have managed to window grab a copy so if the worst happens I can retype the whole thing, but I would like to avoid that if I could.
