Exclude national content

Is there any way to exclude local content from the Browse section of Apple Music? Like, yeah ok, I’m in Russia, but that doesn’t automatically mean I would enjoy tons of second-hand russian rap and boundless ocean of ugly pop. It really grinding my gears that almost everything that I can “browse” is local russian worthless crap. Why there is no option for some sort of global edition? I know about differences in local content rights for different countries but that’s the weak excuse for feeding me with the bad music.
