iTunes 12.7.0.166 has crashed during restore

I want to restore my iPhone 8, the iTunes downloaded iOS 11.0.3, but at the end of the "Extracting software" process and right at "Preparing iPhone for restore" process it says: .

I already tried to downgrade the iTunes version to 12.6.X, delete iTunes and reinstall and restart my PC/iPhone but still got this or another error.
