Problem with Itunes Store 12.7

I am having a problem with the ITunes Store. I have the latest version 12.7 and I have Windows 8.1 on my PC. I have a Dell computer. When I go into the ITunes Store the screen is black. All I'm able to see is the album artwork. I cannot see words. I am unable to purchase music or play the albums. This is very frustrating. I uninstalled all the components for ITunes and then reinstalled ITunes and I get the same thing. I've called Apple customer service and they do not know what is wrong with my ITunes Store. They said it maybe something with my internet connection but I told them I have strong internet connection and all my plugs are connected properly. Is anyone else having this problem with the iTunes store? If so were you able to fix it and how? Thank you!
