Graphic errors and glitches after 10.13 supplem...

Updated my MBP 2016 w Touchbar with the supplemental update yesterday and since then I am experiencing weird clusters of colored pixels in the UI. They are definitely software related since dragging another window over one of these gfx glitches removes it - at least until I drag the window back. They are on my desktop, menu bar, mail, safari, fcpx, everywhere...
